Family Office Services Analyst

Our Family Office Service employees are considered the trusted advisors to our ultra-high net worth clients. Therefore, this position requires client-interfacing and good conversational and multi-tasking skills are a must. The Analyst will be responsible for the completion of deliverables to the client and working directly with the Senior Analyst and Partners in performing the services offered to our clients. The Analyst will be supervised by the Senior Analyst and Partners.

Analyst Responsibilities:
• Responding to client and vendor inquiries
• Preparing and completing monthly reconciliations
• Obtaining a thorough understanding of the families and their needs
• Performing report reconciliations and completing monthly financial reporting
• Assisting with estate and gift tax filing and calculations
• Completing and analyzing client cash flows, asset valuations, financial and liquidity analysis
• Participating in recruiting events as needed
• Financial dashboard customization updates
• Assist with preparing family meeting reports and presentations
• Any other projects as assigned by the Senior Analyst/ Partner

Analyst Qualifications:
• A Bachelor or Master’s accounting or finance degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks
• Experience as a Junior Analyst or in positions requiring the company financial analysis
• Dedicated to superior client service
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels with clients and within the firm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
• Ability to multi-task while working independently and within a group environment
