Family Office Services Junior Analyst

Our Family Office Service employees are considered the trusted advisors to our ultra-high net worth clients. Therefore, this position requires client-interfacing and good conversational and multi-tasking skills are a must. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for entering, reconciling, and maintaining the financial records for a variety of clients. Junior Analysts are supervised by Senior Analysts and Partners. Initially, they are given less complex assignments. As they gain experience, they are given more difficult assignments and greater responsibilities.

Junior Analyst Responsibilities:
• Initiating approved client bill/vendor payments
• Responding to client and vendor inquiries
• Securing and organizing client financial and personal records
• Preparing and recording journal entries as needed
• Performing report reconciliations and assisting with monthly financial reporting
• Assisting with estate and gift tax filing and calculations
• Preparing and analyzing client cash flows, asset valuations, financial and liquidity analysis
• Participating in recruiting events as needed

Junior Analyst Qualifications:
• A Bachelor or Master’s accounting or finance degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Some experience with QuickBooks
• Dedicated to superior client service
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Desire to grow with in a public accounting firm
• Organized, energetic and self-directed with a professional appearance
