Background

Chuck Clark began his career as a first-year help desk technician, solving problems, supporting users, and gradually building a reputation of solving problems. Through a combination of technical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed, he advanced into a supervisory role and eventually into IT management. A pivotal moment in his career came when he stepped in to cover managerial responsibilities during his boss's extended medical leave, successfully leading operations and demonstrating the leadership skills needed to earn a permanent management position. Today, Chuck brings a practical, hands-on approach to IT leadership, combining years of real-world technical experience with a focus on team development and service excellence.

Outside of work, he is an accomplished ultramarathon runner who has completed numerous extreme-distance endurance events, reflecting the perseverance, resilience, and determination that have also defined his professional journey.

With over 20 years of information technology experience, John Jordan has performed all phases of computer network implementation, hardware/software analysis, and software/hardware training and support and client consulting. During his tenure at Saville, he has conducted the information technology portion of the Service Auditor Reviews (Statement of Auditing Standards 70), performed numerous security reviews and analysis for firm clients, and has worked with firm clients on achieving Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance in the information technology area.
