BACKGROUND

Chad is a skilled analyst and team leader with over 25 years’ experience in transforming financial and operational data into valuable management information. Prior to Saville, Chad was a Data Analyst Manager/Consultant at Sedgwick CMS collaborating with notable clients including PepsiCo, Kroger, AT&T, Major League Baseball, and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. Chad was responsible for analyzing trends, finding cost saving opportunities, as well as providing data models and projections. Chad also spent 14 years with the insurance carrier AIG as an analyst, manager and director of various data reporting roles including reinsurance, finance, operations, and legacy claims. As Strategic Analyst and Director of the Legacy Claims Operation team, Chad was responsible for managing the metrics and reporting of ten portfolios of business worth over $2.4 billion in loss reserves.

Chad is married with one daughter. The family moved to DFW from the NYC Metro Area in 2016. Chad enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, gardening, fishing, listening to music, and playing bass guitar.
