Background

Daniel DeLaughter serves as Saville’s Managing Partner, guiding the firm’s strategic vision and championing a culture centered on client partnership and long-term growth. He launched his public accounting career as a staff accountant in 1997, joined Saville’s partnership in 2009, and led the firm’s tax service line for five years before being named Managing Partner in 2024.

In his role as Managing Partner, Daniel leads Saville with a vision that blends strategic foresight and a deep commitment to the firm’s core values.  With nearly three decades of experience in public accounting, he not only identifies emerging opportunities but also ensures the firm is always evolving to deliver innovative, forward-thinking solutions. At the heart of his leadership is a dedication to fostering a culture of connection and service with clients and the Saville Team.  He remains deeply committed to the relationship-driven philosophy that distinguishes the firm, and defines Saville’s reputation for trusted, personalized service.

Daniel and his wife live in McKinney, Texas and enjoy spending time with friends and their three daughters who also reside in the North Dallas area.  Outside the firm, Daniel enjoys pickleball, traveling, exploring food and wine, and investing time and energy in church and community activities.
