Background

Kristi started her career as a teacher in Mesquite ISD and stayed in the classroom for 7 years teaching primarily math and reading at middle school grade levels. She took a new role within the district as an Instructional Technology Coach for teachers for 8 years. This role included developing and executing professional learning, teacher coaching, and eventually a leadership role coaching other coaches within the district. In 2021, she left Mesquite for a new opportunity overseeing Blended Learning and Professional Learning for the entire district of Lancaster ISD. After making the difficult decision to leave education, Kristi stumbled across the unique opportunity to join a tech company as a Campus Recruiter for the non-tech space. Initially Kristi was hired at Saville as a Campus Recruiter and helped to develop processes and procedures for our growing internship program. Kristi is excited to take on this opportunity to bring her education and learning experience to continue to grow the L&D space here at Saville.
