Background
Kristi Petty is the Emerging Technologies Learning Manager at Saville CPAs & Advisors, where she helps drive innovation by connecting people, learning, and technology. She leads the firm’s efforts to evaluate, implement, and adopt emerging technologies that enhance how employees work, learn, and serve clients. Drawing on her background in education, talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational learning, Kristi partners with leaders across the firm to turn new ideas into practical solutions that improve performance and support Saville’s long-term vision. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams embrace change, build new skills, and confidently navigate the future of work.
Outside of Saville, Kristi enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places and cultures, and spending time with a good book.
