Meagan has been with Saville since 2023, where she partners with firm leadership to support HR operations and build efficient processes. She has a passion for HR operations, leveraging systems, and process improvement to create scalable solutions that help both employees and the firm thrive. She enjoys solving complex operational challenges and finding practical, people-centered ways to improve the employee experience and support the firm’s continued growth.
Outside of work, Meagan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, reading, and making memories with family and friends.
