“Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway.” – John Wayne Nick is a highly accomplished professional with an established reputation for driving process improvements and complex financial transformations. He is a dedicated leader with portfolio of meeting and surpassing objectives in multiple business environments within Fortune 500 organizations. Notably he helped captured multi-million-dollar savings for an international business.  Nick started his career in the Audit arena but moved on to run large national financial transformation projects for fortune 500 organizations.  He subsequently moved into industry where he held notable leadership positions, including COO (AIG – Legacy), COO (AST Corporation) and COO & Head of Internal Audit (Kemper Insurance) Nick is married with three daughters and moved to Dallas from Chicago in 2015.   He is the coach of his daughter’s softball teams and enjoys the time he spends with his girls on and off the field.
