Background

Teresa has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources in the Dallas area, and she specializes in supporting professional services firms. She started her career at Ernst & Young, and previously served at Pacific Union Financial and Riveron Consulting where she led the HR function through a period of extraordinary growth and change as a result of acquisitions and process improvements. She has held various leadership roles leading the talent agenda through the life cycle of the employee including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, learning and development, HRIS implementation, employee engagement, and performance management.

Teresa and her husband have three teenage children and enjoy outdoor adventures together.
